Storing Your Treats
All of our packaged treats (black and clear packaging) are very shelf stable and will last for a long time at room temperature without exposure to heat, sun, and moisture. If you go through a bag of treats as fast as we do here, then storing your treats in the cupboard will be ideal. If you have lots of treats on hand and they might last a little longer, we suggest the fridge or freezer for optimal longevity.
Treats that are bulk packaged should be stored in a cool dry place, or in the fridge/freezer for prolonged longevity. These treats may still have traces of fat on them that doesn't have as long a shelf life as our packaged products.
Still not sure? Throw them in the freezer!!!
Did you know? The top of your refrigerator can get very warm so we don't suggest keeping your treats up there!
Did you know? Storing your treats in a cupboard above where you boil your kettle or a pot of water may cause steam moisture to collect on the treats and reduce their shelf life significantly!
Where do you ship to?
What methods of Payment do you accept?
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
We accept PayPal and Email Money Transfers (EMT). You can pay using your credit card by choosing PayPal.
Please note if you wish to pay using EMT, you can save $3.00 on your order by entering coupon code EMT at checkout. This coupon code is only valid for payments of this method.
You should not need a password for EMT payments, however, we request that if your bank asks for a password, PLEASE use the security question 'what is added to the treats' and the answer 'nothing'. This helps us to process orders faster and is much less confusing for us! EMT payment can be sent to [email protected]
Are your products made in China?
No! All of our products are made with 100% human grade Canadian meats - with the following exceptions:
Our green beef tripe is not considered human grade as it has been left in its unwashed state - just the way your dogs love it!
Our Alaskan Pollock treats are from - you guessed it - Alaska!
We take pride in the origin of our products and we are proud to be 100% Canadian. Sometimes this means we run out of bully sticks (pizzle) or tendons - they are hot commodities! But we won't sacrifice your peace of mind by buying non-Canadian products! We know our competitors may have pizzle cheaper because it's not Canadian but please remember that irradiated foods are dangerous for your pets. Please be sure you know where your treats are sourced! We wouldn't serve our pets anything irradiated so we won't sell them for yours. We know our customers trust our brand and we won't compromise that for any of the products that we sell.

Porch pirates are (unfortunately) a thing!! We have added signature requirements to deliveries because people steal packages! If you don't want to have to sign for your package, please let us know in the comments when you place your order (if you decline the signature, we can't cover you for porch pirates). A little inconvenience but a lot of peace of mind!Shipping is always free on orders over $200 (before taxes and shipping, after discounts). Orders under $200 will be charged $15 flat shipping.
Orders typically ship within 48 hours of receiving payment. Holiday seasons and deep discount specials may delay shipping. PLEASE NOTE! We always attempt to ship within 48 hours but if something you have ordered has run out (it happens - dogs just LOVE our stuff!) then it may take up to 7 days to get your order out. Have no fear, we will get it to you as soon as we can!
We contract our shipping out to the lowest bidder! As such, your order may come via Loomis, Canada Post, FedEx, CanPar, or another provider. EMT payments will not have a tracking number issued to you, however there will be a tracking number for your order. Due to volume of orders, we do not notify EMT orders of tracking numbers unless you request it. Please do not request your tracking # unless an unreasonable amount of time has passed since you paid for your order.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location.
